SHIPPING POLICY

Gem Crafte has integrated one of the best Payment Gateways on our website (www.gemcrafte.com) for ease of secure and safe transactions for happy customers. Our Payment partners are well-equipped with security standards to avoid any misconduct or spam. Your shipping address and pin code will be verified with the database of the website before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In the event case, your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant or the area is not covered, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our shipping partner delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by the website or its delivery partners, Gem Crafte Products will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product. In case you book multiple orders for the products in one transaction, Gem Crafte Products would endeavour to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics issues. If you purchase multiple products in a single transaction, then all the products will be shipped to a single shipping address given by you. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, then you should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.

 

Shipping Terms

Gem Crafte Products partners with the best shipping solution providers Indiapost across India and the world. All the products sold by Gem Crafte Products can be purchased online from any part of the world. A valid shipping address must follow all purchases. For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company/post office norms. The Gem Crafte is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Shipping Charges

Gem Crafte Products provides delivery on all products at a nominal charge. In case there is any octroi charge, the same has to be bear by the customer. Different countries have different postage and they are mentioned in a chart when the goods are added to a shopping cart. Hence postage shall reflect on your Total Amount before proceeding for Payment. It starts from India rupees 110/- and $ 8.00 for other countries.

 

Delivery Time

Gem Crafte Products monitors and delivers quality products directly from Natural sources. Gem Crafte Products operates with a 3-5-day shipping policy for the areas covered by our reputable shipping partners i.e. Indiapost. For overseas it will take 7 to 10 days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

 

Delivery to "Other Areas"

Other areas are referred to as the areas where there is limited scope of private shipping. In such cases, if any order is booked from any such location, Gem Crafte Products will inform you before dispatch. In case of any expedited delivery request by you, additional charges will be applicable. With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the product(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

 

Taxes or Hidden Charges

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. Our prices are all-inclusive of taxes. In case there is any octroi charge, the same has to be bear by the customer.

 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any order placed, provided it has not been dispatched. In this case, you need to inform Gem Crafte Products by e-mail (thegemcrafte@gmail.com) or call with purchasing details as soon as the purchase is done.
Gem Crafte Products reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for any product that is listed at an incorrect price. In case, you are charged, the same shall be credited to your account (whichever is used at the time of purchasing the product) and duly notified by email.
You must use your credit card for credit card transactions. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you. In case you received an open or unsealed package from Gem Crafte Products shipping partners, please do not accept the shipment and intimate Gem Crafte Products to investigate the issue. Gem Crafte Products will replace the product without additional charges.
In case there are any quality concerns, please email us from your registered e-mail address at thegemcrafte@gmail.com by mentioning your subject line as Purchase Order No_Quality Concerns. E.g. X123_Quality Concerns.
Gem Crafte Products takes quality as one of its top values. In case of any complaint, a special team will be assigned to investigate the matter to refund or replace the product to you. This process may take 3-4 weeks depending on concerns received by you.

Amendments

Gem Crafte Products may amend this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the website. The revised version will be effective at the time Gem Crafte Products posts it on the website. You are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the Policy.

RETURN POLICY

Sometimes the banks suspect the transaction, in that case, we are asked to provide the customer's validity, whether the customer is the holder of the card or not. We ask the customer to provide the same. If the customer fails to provide a scanned copy of the front side of the credit card and his valid ID. We cancel the order 10 % is deducted and the balance is refunded to the customer's account. Goods to be returned within 15 days from receipt of the parcel without any damages. Jewellery made by order- No Refund or replacement. Gemstone replacement or refund after deducting VAT-CST-LBT, Postage and 10 % handling charges. Once the order has been cancelled, you will receive the refund within four weeks. The refund will be made by cheque.

The Gem Crafte believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 15 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • The Gem Crafte does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 15 days of receipt of the products.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 15 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

  • In case of any Refunds approved by The Gem Crafte, it takes 16-30 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

PAYMENT METHOD

We do have multiple payment options available on our website. In case customer wishes to use traditional bank transfers, we welcome the same too and provide the banking details on request. 

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

We do welcome wholesale inquiries. Most of the wholesale inquiries are handled in person and are fulfilled once the samples have been approved.
